Returns

If you have a item that needs to be returned or exchanged please contact us via email at strangethingsemporium@gmail.com

All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of purchase. If past the 30 days, we will no longer accept any item for return or exchange. All items must be in the original packaging and unused to be eligible for return.

We will not take returns on the following items:

  • Earrings
  • Soaps and health products
  • Gift cards

To complete any return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts, or not resalable for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds:
Once the item has been received at STE Headquarters and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the return, and if you are approved or rejected for the refund. If we do approve you then we can contact about how to return the money including a reversal on credit card (may take a couple of days) or the original way you paid. If something is still wrong after that please contact us! Sale Items are final sale and do not qualify for refunds.

Exchanges:
We will only replace the item if it is defective, damaged, or the wrong size. Some of the items are one of a kind – if this is the case, we will contact you to make other arrangements. If you need to make an exchange, contact us at strangethingsemporium@gmail.com to notify us of the return, and ship the item to:

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you do qualify for a refund, it will be for the purchase price of the original item, not including the original shipping cost. Depending on your location, processing times may vary and the refund may take a bit of time to get to you!
When returning any items over $50.00 in value, you should consider using a traceable postage company or get shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that the item will return to us if shipped in the mail!
